Chef Victor Vrignaud draws his inspiration for our Normandie gourmet restaurant from local producers, as close as possible to the Château.
In the cellar, our desire to satisfy you is to select renowned wines but also to introduce you to lesser-known grape varieties and wines that are nonetheless very representative of the French wine industry.
