Because cuisine with character stems, above all, from the quality of its ingredients, Chef Victor Vrignaud works with local producers selected for their high standards and expertise.
As for the wine cellar, the selection gives pride of place to fine wines whilst inviting you to exploring estates some of the lesser-known and most iconic grape varieties from French vineyards, carefully selected for to accompany each menu.
