At the heart of Sully Castle, the Le 1720 restaurant invites you to discover a gourmet cuisine inspired by the seasons and the finest produce they have to offer.

Chef Victor Vrignaud has created a creative cuisine, refined and generous, where every dish showcases the taste, textures and balance of flavours.

The restaurant welcomes you to its elegant surroundings: two dining rooms with refined charm and a conservatory opening out onto the English-style park. Bathed in natural light, the conservatory offers a special setting where nature accompanies every meal.

Restaurant Bayeux

Book a table at the fine-dining restaurant 1720, at Sully Castle, just a few minutes from Bayeux. Opening of the 14 February to 15 November 2026.

The restaurant welcomes you for dinner from Tuesday to Sunday, from 7.15 pm to 9.00 pm (last order). Closed every Monday.

For private events or group meals, the restaurant can may, in exceptional circumstances, be reserved for private hire on Sunday lunchtimes. Our team is on hand to look into your enquiry.

To confirm your booking, you will be asked to provide a credit card authorisation. In the event of a no-show or cancellation less than 3 hours before your booking, a charge of €50 per person will be taken from the credit card used at the time of booking.
